- For Al Ain orders placed before 7:00 PM, customers can contact us via WhatsApp to confirm same-day delivery.
- Orders placed between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Al Ain only) will be delivered next day.
- Orders placed after 9:00 PM may be delayed and delivered the day after next.
- For other Emirates, delivery usually takes 1 day, depending on location. We will contact you directly if any changes occur.
- Same-day delivery is not available outside Al Ain.
- Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery takes place between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. During special occasions or peak times, deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such periods.

- للطلبات في العين قبل الساعة 7:00 مساءً، يمكنكم التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب لتأكيد التوصيل في نفس اليوم.
- الطلبات بين الساعة 7:00 مساءً و 9:00 مساءً (فقط في العين) سيتم توصيلها في اليوم التالي.
- الطلبات بعد الساعة 9:00 مساءً قد يتم توصيلها بعد يومين.
- في باقي الإمارات، يتم التوصيل عادةً خلال يوم واحد حسب الموقع، وسنتواصل معكم في حال وجود أي تغييرات.
- لا يتوفر توصيل في نفس اليوم خارج العين.
- رسوم التوصيل تختلف حسب الموقع وتُحسب عند إتمام الطلب.
